On 19 May 04 Lisa Kuhn, age 32, 271 Walnut Drive,
Whipple, reported she overheard her sister threaten her while
she was speaking on the phone with her mother. Perplexed by
the comment, Ms. Kuhn confronted her sister Tracy Wilson, age
36, at 195 Walnut Drive and Ms. Wilson reiterated the threat
to choke Ms. Kuhn, causing her to fear for her safety. Subsequent
to an investigation, Deputy Sheriff Malone arrested Ms. Wilson
for domestic violence and transported her to the Washington
County Jail (500).
On 19 May 04 a Lowell resident reported recovering
a plastic bag containing a green leafy substance. Sgt. Hiatt
reclaimed the property and disposed of the contents.
On 19 May 04 Mary Ashworth, age 56, 500 Echo Valley
Road, Waterford, reported a businessman, who owes her a court
ordered settlement, neglected to make restitution payments.
This case remains under investigation (1091).
On 19 May 04 Thomas I. Valentine, age 22, 106
Riley Drive Apt.1, Marietta, reported being assaulted on the
three hundred block of Putnam Street the previous morning. This
case remains under investigation (602).
On 19 May 04 David M. Koenig, age 28, 39665 Sumner
Road, Pomeroy, OH, reported a Remington twelve gauge shotgun,
an HMR .17 caliber rifle, a Matheny Q2 compound bow, and twenty
CD’s were stolen from his vehicle while he was in Belpre
between the mornings of 18 and 19 May. This case remains under
investigation (602).

Michael J. Potts, age 27, 135 Grove Avenue, Marietta,
for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing
on an order to show cause.
Ronnie D. Goad, age 29, Route 2 Box 125A, Lowell,
for disorderly conduct by fighting, as charged by Deputy Sheriff
Rhodes on 28 Feb 04.
Robert E. White II, 242 Pennsylvania Avenue, Marietta,
for sexual imposition, as charged by Patrolman Huffman on 21
Mar 04.
Bradley A. Goff, age 22, 60 Hannah Place, Belpre,
for domestic violence, as charged by Deputy Sheriff Kapple on
16 May 04.
Matthew J. Iman, age 37, 984 Coon Run Road, Lower
Salem, for assault, as charged by Detective Johnson on 25 Mar
04.
Carmalea A. Myers, age 27, 805 Second Street,
Marietta, for violating the terms of her probation by failing
to show proof of obtaining a valid operator’s license
or proper child restraint as ordered by the court.
Matthew S. Schwalbach, age 18, 205 Putnam Street,
Marietta, for assault, as charged by Sgt. Jobes on 11 May 04.
Richard E. Thompson, age 41, 206 Sheldon Avenue,
Marietta, for menacing, as charged by Deputy Sheriff Eddy on
28 Apr 04.
Florizel Woodford, age 52, 11355 State Route 26,
Newport, for aggravated menacing, as charged by Deputy Sheriff
Brown on 20 Apr 04.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Warren Stephen Lee Tucker, age 22, 26930 State
Route 7, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation,
a misdemeanor. Tucker was arrested on Elmwood Street by Lt.
Wilson of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 19 May 04 at 1:20 am.
Jerry Lee Wigal, age 38, 835 County House Lane,
Marietta, for violating the terms of his parole, a felony. Wigal
was arrested at the office of Parole Officer Smith and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 19 May 04 at 1:55 pm.
Misty Dawn Schultz, age 37, 279 Hunter Street,
Logan, OH, for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor.
Schultz was picked up at the Southeastern Regional Jail by Deputy
Sheriff Tornes and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 19 May 04 at 2:20 pm.
Tracy Leanne Wilson, age 36, 195 Walnut Drive,
Whipple, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Wilson was arrested
at her residence by Deputy Sheriff Malone and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 19 May 04 at 6:25 pm.
