On 5 May 04 Ronald Wickham, age 35, 45157 ORW
Tunnel Road, Caldwell, reported his Callaway golf bag containing
Ping I3 irons and Big Bertha drivers were stolen from his golf
cart when he momentarily stepped into the clubhouse at Arrowhead
Golf Course. This case remains under investigation (945).
On 5 May 04 Deputy Sheriff Mankins issued a citation
to a fifteen year old Dexter City resident for failing to display
the registration on his dirt bike. Deputy Mankins issued the
citation after receiving a complaint from a resident in the
area of Broad and Main Streets in Macksburg.
On 5 May 04 a Belpre resident reported her seventeen
year old son swears at her, refuses to obey house rules and
fails to complete chores on a daily basis. This case remains
under investigation (945).
On 5 May 04 James E. Corder, age 37, 19113 State
Route 821, Macksburg, reported, angry over the sale of a truck,
Richard E. Thompson, age 40, 206 Sheldon Avenue, Marietta, came
to his home and threatened to shoot him or burn down his house.
As a result of his investigation, Deputy Sheriff Mankins requested
a summons for Mr. Thompson for menacing.

Ronald Chevront, age 47, 2900 23rd Street, Parkersburg,
for failing to appear for a debtor’s exam on 30 Apr 04.
Aaron W. Fleming, age 32, Rural Route 1 Box 242K,
Parkersburg, for failing to appear for a debtor’s exam
on 30 Apr 04.
Dale D. Goddard Jr., age 38, 138 Alta Street,
Marietta, for driving under suspension on 26 Apr 04.
Daniel D. Gaughan, age 37, last known address
Pennock Trailer Court, Beverly, for breach of recognizance.
Jesse C. Beacham, age 49, 301 Cisler Lane, Marietta,
for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing
on an order to show cause.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
John J. Sparks, age 31, 790 Glendale Road, Marietta,
for attempted burglary, a felony. Sparks was arrested in Marietta
by Deputy Sheriff Eddy and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 5 May 04 at 6:25 pm.
William Arthur Murphy III, age 32, 208 Maple Street,
Marietta, for attempted burglary, a felony. Murphy was arrested
at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Eddy and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 5 May 04 at 10:06 pm.
