On 4 May 04 a representative of Harold S. Christian
Jr., age 77, 401 Harmar Street, Marietta, reported an acquaintance
of Mr. Christian may have stolen some of his property and sold
them on Ebay. This case remains under investigation (602).
On 4 May 04 a Waterford resident received a threatening
phone call he felt threatened the safety of his thirty eight
year old daughter. This case remains under investigation (500).
On 4 May 04 a Cutler woman reported after her
sixteen year old son drove past an acquaintance’s residence
on State Route 676, the acquaintance initiated a pursuit of
the juvenile’s vehicle at a high rate of speed. The mother
asked Deputy Sheriff Eddy to speak with the acquaintance on
the dangers of such behavior. Case closed.
On 4 May 04 a forty six year old Marietta resident
reported since he moved to his current residence in August of
2003, an unknown person continues making harassing phone calls
at all hours of the day. This case remains under investigation
(1184).
the Sheriff’s
Office received the following warrant:
Jason R. Allberry, age 26, 19678 Cadiz Road, Quaker
City, OH, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered
hearing on an order to show causes.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Richard Edward Britton, age 49, 11165 Highland
Ridge Road, Macksburg, for .17 breath OVI and no seat belt,
both misdemeanors. Britton was arrested on Interstate 77 by
the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 4 May 04 at 1:45 am.
Timothy James Cunningham, age 43, 7641 Normandy
Avenue, Middleburg Heights, OH, for felony charges of failure
to appear and breach of recognizance and misdemeanor charges
of breach of recognizance, OVI and operating without a license.
Cunningham was picked up at the North Coast Correctional Treatment
Facility in Grafton, OH by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 4 May 04 at 4:10
pm.
Allen Lee Staten, age 28, 7772 Kilpatrick Drive,
Uhrichsville, OH, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing
on unpaid fines and for violating the terms of his probation,
both misdemeanors. Staten was picked up at the Stark County
Jail by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 4 May 04 at 4:10 pm.
Thomas Lawrence Ryan, age 24, 2037 Coast Guard
Drive, Stafford, VA, for the use of deception to obtain a dangerous
drug, a felony. Ryan was arrested on Matthew Street by Patrolman
Hively of the Marietta City Police Department and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 4 May 04 at 4:35 pm.
William Eugene O’Brien, age 39, PO Box 64
Warner, Lower Salem, for operating with an expired license and
speeding, both misdemeanors. O’Brien was arrested on Interstate
77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 4 May 04 at 6:48 pm.
