On 1 May 04 Deputy Sheriff Malone responded to
a domestic dispute at a residence in Devola. Upon his arrival
the home’s resident informed Deputy Malone that his son
was highly intoxicated and had burst into his bedroom and repeatedly
attempted to strike him. The seventeen year old was taken into
custody and transported to the Washington County Juvenile Center.
On 1 May 04 Terry D. Malone, age 33, 364 Greene
Street, Newport, reported recovering a blue and black, twenty
eight inch, Magna Mountain Tamer bicycle on 27 Apr 04 (1184).
On 1 May 04, while investigating another complaint
Deputy Sheriff Kapple encountered an uncontrollable woman at
the intersection of Township Roads 51 and 1305. As Deputy Kapple
attempted to resolve a dispute, Christine Baker, age 22, 280
Indian Run Road, Marietta, appeared intoxicated and failed to
obey orders to stop harassing a witness and to stop yelling
profanities. Ms. Baker was arrested for disorderly conduct and
transported to the Washington County Jail.
On 1 May 04 Kristine Bachar, age 33, 1088 Ellis
Run Road, Cutler, reported during an argument with her husband
Michael, age 38, her husband pushed her down and began choking
her. Deputy Sheriff Evans substantiated Mrs. Bachar’s
statement with evidence at the scene and arrested Mr. Bachar
for domestic violence and transported him to the Washington
County Jail.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Frederic Allen Bohl, age 40, 1359 Derby Road,
Waterford, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor.
Bohl was arrested in Beverly by Deputy Sheriff Evans and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 1 May 04 at 12:15 am.
Sherry Lynn Lemaster, age 36, 1324 Patten Mills
Road, Cutler, for OVI and driving left of center, both misdemeanors.
Lemaster was arrested on State Route 550 by the Ohio State Highway
Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 1 May
04 at 12:45 am.
Philip John Kasprzycki, age 40, 501 North East
Avenue, Jackson, MI, for driving under suspension and failure
to control, both misdemeanors. Kasprzycki was arrested on Interstate
77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 1 May 04 at 6:15 am.
Adam Lee Science, age 29, 2500 Bellview Drive,
Belpre, for domestic violence a misdemeanor. Science was arrested
at his residence by Patrolman Fields of the Belpre City Police
Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on
1 May 04 at 4:15 pm.
Chad Allen Fox, age 26, 926 State Route 555, Little
Hocking, for breach of recognizance, a misdemeanor. Fox was
arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Kapple and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 1 May 04 at 8:18 pm.
Michael Sean Bachar, age 37, 1088 Ellis Run Road,
Cutler, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Bachar was arrested
at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Evans and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 1 May 04 at 10:17 pm.
Christine Gayle Baker, age 22, 280 Indian Run
Road, Marietta, for disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor. Baker
was arrested in Dunham Township by Deputy Sheriff Kapple and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 1 May 04 at 11:20
pm.
