On 28 Apr 04 an employee of Warren High School
reported catching a student with an over the counter medication.
The student was punished pursuant to school policy (684).
On 28 Apr 04 Deputy Sheriff Spencer investigated
a hit-skip collision in which Mary Ann Hornbeck, 6131 Yuba Ridge
Road, Coolville, reported her Chrysler PT Cruiser was struck
while parked at 311 Nutter Avenue in Belpre between 4 pm and
8 pm that day. This incident remains under investigation.
On 28 Apr 04 Ernest Griffin, age 58, 520 High
Street, Macksburg, reported while patronizing the Fox Den in
Macksburg, an acquaintance threatened to burn his house down.
This case remains under investigation (945).
On 28 Apr 04 Deputy Sheriff Huck requested a summons
for a forty five year old Marietta woman for child endangerment.
Deputy Huck requested the summons after witnesses reported the
woman allowed her eleven year old son to drive her vehicle.

Office received the following warrants:
Jeffrey A. Harris, age 38, Route 2 Box 29A, Marietta,
for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing
on an order to show cause.
Chad A. Fox, age 26, 926 State Route 555, Little
Hocking, for breach of recognizance for violating the no contact
clause of his personal recognizance bond.
Christopher J. Pinkerton, age 27, 52022 Hillview
Lane, Parkersburg, for contempt for failing to appear at a court
ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $280.
Douglas D. Starcher, age 23, 15981 State Route
279, Oak Hill, for contempt for failing to appear at a court
ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $567.50.
George H. Watson, age 19, 2453 Coachman Drive,
Deltona, FL, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered
hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $205.
Paul R. Wilson, age 26, 1139 Township Road 162,
Mingo Junction, OH, for contempt for failing to appear at a
court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $294.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Jimmie Roger King, age 62, 4 Pennock Trailer Park,
Beverly, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. King was arrested
in Beverly by Patrolman Oliver of the Beverly Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Apr 04 at
11:00 pm.
Romen Zachary D. Vandall, age 21, 103 Knox Street,
Marietta, for felonious assault and two misdemeanor charges
of violating the terms of his probation. Vandall was arrested
on Knox Street by Patrolman Mitchell of the Marietta City Police
Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on
28 Apr 04 at 11:50 pm.
