On 8 Apr 04 Deputy Sheriff Brockmeier issued a
citation to Garrick L. Hart, age 24, 115 North Hart Street,
Marietta, for a second offense of driving under a suspended
license. Deputy Brockmeier stopped Mr. Hart in the Rinks parking
lot on State Route 7.
On 8 Apr 04 the family of Matthew W. Adams, age
19, 260 Turkey Hollow Road, Cutler, reported they have not seen
Mr. Adams since the afternoon of 8 Apr 04. Adams was located
and returned home (501).
On 8 Apr 04 Deputy Sheriff Rhodes investigated
a two vehicle accident on Summerset Drive near 113 Cornerstone
Drive. Richard S. Hutchison, age 31, 113 Cornerstone Drive,
Marietta, was backing his Chevy Trailblazer out of his driveway
when he struck the rear driver’s side of a Toyota Tacoma
owned by Matthew J. Zimmer, 810 Indian Run Road, Marietta. Damage
to both vehicles was minor.
On 8 Apr 04 Deputy Sheriff Stackpole arrested
a sixteen year old Warren High School student for possessing
two 750 mg tablets of methocarbamol and transported him to the
Washington County Juvenile Center.
The following INDIVIDUals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
David Lee McPherson, age 26, 719 Fifth Street,
Belpre, violating the terms of his parole, a felony. McPherson
was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Williams of the Belpre
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 8 Apr 04 at 1:55 am.
Garrick Lee Hart, age 24, 115 North Hart Street Apt. 2, Marietta,
for contempt of a court order and driving under suspension,
both misdemeanors. Hart was arrested on State Route 7 by Deputy
Sheriff Brockmeier of the Washington County Sheriff’s
Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Apr
04 at 3:09 pm.
Denzel Michael Jeffers, age 19, 1113 Putnam Howe
Drive, Belpre, for domestic violence and resisting arrest, both
misdemeanors. Jeffers was arrested at his residence by Patrolman
Morris of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 8 Apr 04 at 11:04 pm.
