On 3 Apr 04 an employee of Fatals bar, 11465 State Route 60, Lowell, reported a customer, irate for not being served, knocked a MegaTouch video machine to the floor causing damage to the $3,000 machine. This case remains under investigation (500).

On 3 Apr 04 Stephen Parish, age 36, 25 Watertown Road, Watertown, reported two random individuals his girlfriend paid to remove carpet from their home may have stolen a bottle of his prescription medication. This case remains under investigation (500).

On 3 Apr 04 Charles P. Shane, age 78, 311 Yeager Lane, Bartlett, reported his grandson is allegedly writing checks using his grandfather’s account without permission. This case remains under investigation (200).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Kenneth A. Casada Jr., age 21, 115 Lawnacre Street, Marietta, for assault, a misdemeanor. Casada was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Gherke of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Apr 04 at 12:03 pm.
