On 23 Mar 04 an instructor at the Washington County Career Center reported, and the 17 year old student later admitted, the underage use of smokeless tobacco. This case remains under investigation (232).

On 23 Mar 04 Deputy Sheriff Evans issued a citation to Jeffrey J. Waugh, age 48, 733 Fifth Street, Marietta, for traveling 71 mph in a 55 mph zone. Deputy Evans stopped Mr. Waugh on State Route 7 near County Road 51 in Dunham Township.

On 23 Mar 04 Vera Amos, age 77, 1110 Williamson Avenue, New Matamoras, reported an unknown suspect(s) broke into her vacationing brother’s home at #1 Baker Drive, New Matamoras, and stole a television, a VCR and a stereo unit. The theft occurred between 3 pm on 19 Mar and 10:30 am on 23 Mar 04. This case remains under investigation (232).

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Amy A. Alloway, age 25, 2703 Underwood Drive, Belpre, for contempt for failing to appear as ordered by the court.

Larry W. Foggin, age, 37, 503 33 rd Street, Vienna, for violating the terms of his probation by failing to appear at an intake appointment and failing to provide a new address within 24 hours. Foggin was originally charges with theft by Deputy Sheriff Rhodes.

Yvonne M. Hicks, age 34, 845 County House Lane, Marietta, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing. Hicks was originally charges with the illegal processing of drug documents by Detective Johnson of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.

Jeremy J. Howell, age 28, 33199 State Route 260, Rinard Mills, for domestic violence, as charged by Deputy Sheriff Simmons on 22 Mar 04.

Elisha C. Kelly, age 19, 811 ½ #9 Belrock Avenue, Belpre, for breach of personal recognizance for failing to appear for a jury trial.

Joshua A. Kidd, age 23, 221 Sheldon Avenue, Marietta, for criminal trespassing, as charged by Deputy Sheriff Huck on 24 Feb 04.

Rhonda S. Martin, age 40, 128 Franklin Street, Marietta, for passing bad checks, as charged by Deputy Sheriff Tornes on 18 Dec 03.

Ricky D. Mullins, age 43, 680 Wedgewood Drive Apt. 33, Columbus, for contempt for failure to comply with a court order, as charged by the court on 16 Sep 98.

Waylon F. McCune, age 29, 1119 1/2E 12th Street, Parkersburg, for driving under suspension and speeding, as charged by the Ohio State Highway Patrol on 25 Nov 03.

Edward T. Potter Jr., age 40, 146 Chloe Lane, Little Hocking, for failure to confine and failure to register a dog, as charged by the Dog Warden on 19 Feb 04.

Ronnie D. Stewart, age 28, 507 Ferguson Street, Marietta, for domestic violence, as charged by Patrolman Blasko of the Marietta City Police Department on 21 Aug 03.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Steven Matthew Mulinex, age 22, 1300 Rayon Drive, Parkersburg, for the use of deception to obtain a dangerous drug, a felony. Mulinex was arrested at Marietta Memorial Hospital by Patrolman McCracken of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Mar 04 at 9:50 am.

Serena Charlene Lindsey, age 28, 413 Market Street, Marietta, for driving under FRA suspension, a misdemeanor. Lindsey was arrested on State Route 7 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Mar 04 at 1:05 pm.

Judy Edith Riddlebaugh, age 39, 2467 Graham Road, Cutler, for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. Riddlebaugh was arrested at Lawnsdale Bar by Probation Officer Ketelsen and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Mar 04 at 9:09 pm.
