On 8 Mar 04 an employee at Warren High School, 130 Warrior Drive, Vincent, reported an unknown suspect(s) forcibly entered the school and stole a computer from a classroom. This case remains under investigation (200).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Jerome Anthony Smith, age 29, 10004 Westchester, Cleveland, OH was arrested on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol for 2 counts of felony Possession of Drugs, and misdemeanor charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Drugs, and Driving under FRA Suspension. Smith was processed into the County Jail on 8 Mar 04 at 2:50 am.

Jerry Lee Wigal, age 38, 1655 Michaelis Road, Marietta, for violating the terms of his parole, a felony. Wigal was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Gault and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Mar 04 at 10:40 am.

Lee Anna Newbanks, age 21, 223 Maple Street, Belpre, for violating the terms of her probation, a felony. Newbanks was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Gilchrist and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Mar 04 at 2:00 pm.
