On 25 Feb 04 a Little Hocking woman reported receiving harassing phone calls from an acquaintance. After verifying the caller’s identity, Deputy Sheriff Kapple filed an affidavit requesting a summons for Ronald D. Miller, age 21, 304 Tadpole Run Road, Marietta, for telecommunications harassment, a violation of Section 2917.21(A-1) of the Ohio Revised Code.

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Jacqueline Queen, age 37, 223 Greene Street Apt. 4, Marietta, for failing to appear for a debtor’s exam on 30 Jan 04.

Miriam Jean Jones, age 42, 1023 Greene Street, Marietta, for failing to appear to serve ten days in jail on 6 Feb 04. Jones was originally charged with operating without a license by Patrolman Blasko.

Roman Z. Vandell, age 20, 103 Knox Street, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation. Vandell was originally charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Huffman.

David H. Chisholm, age 40, 220 South Sixth Street, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation. Chisholm was originally charged with OVI by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Roland S. Foss, age 33, 103 Fourth Street, Marietta, for domestic violence and assault, as charged by Patrolman Oliver on 6 Feb 04.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Brent Michael Radabaugh, age 26, 114 Oakview Drive Apt. 7, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a felony. Radabaugh was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Gilchrist and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Feb 04 at 11:20 am.
