On 11 Feb 04 Deputy Sheriff Kapple was dispatched to a home in Marietta in order to investigate a domestic violence complaint. Through his investigation Deputy Kapple learned a twelve year old boy is growing increasingly violent toward his family and threw a toy car at the head of his ten year old brother, giving him a black eye. As a result, Deputy Kapple filed an affidavit requesting a summons for the twelve year old for being delinquent.

On 11 Feb 04, Sgt. Jobes responded to a report of a Belpre man attempting to cause harm to himself. The individual was transported to Marietta Memorial Hospital for treatment and evaluation.

On 11 Feb 04 Gloria Roach, age 38, 1404 Gihon Road Lot 15, reported she has not seen or heard from her sister, a Belpre resident, since August of 2002. This case remains under investigation (698).

On 11 Feb 04 an employee of Colonial Terrace Apartments informed Deputy Sheriff Huck of the presence of a woman in an apartment after she was ordered not to reenter the property. Deputy Huck arrested Amy R. Massey, age 22, Marietta, for criminal trespassing and transported her to the Washington County Jail where she is being held without bail.

On 11 Feb 04 the father of a 14 year old Marietta girl reported to Deputy Sheriff Huck that his daughter refuses to obey house rules and stays out all hours of night. Deputy Huck recalled past problems with the daughter’s disobedience and therefore filed an affidavit requesting a summons for the juvenile for being unruly.

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Timothy Shawn Blow, age 29, 1750 Brackenridge Road, Vincent, for a violation of his probation for failing to pay or work of his fines in full or to appear to serve three days in jail on 14 Jan 04. Blow was originally charged with contempt.

Keith A. Henson, age 22, Route 1 Box 109J, Belpre, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $431. Henson was originally charged with OVI by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Shaun C. McCurdy, age 18, N1 Woodland Avenue, Beverly, for reckless operation, as charged by Patrolman Oliver of the Beverly Police Department on 29 Jan 04.

Brad L. Parsons, age 21, 130 Dawes Circle, Marietta, for theft, as charged by Deputy Sheriff Brown on 8 Jan 04.

Jack L. Watson, age 30, Route 8 Apt. 8C, Marietta, for possession of a drug abuse instrument on 29 Aug 03.

David Wilson, age 60, 811 Dalzell Road, Whipple, for failure to appear on a Debtor’s Exam on 30 Jan 04.

Leonard J. Wine, age 51, 310 Washington Street, Marietta, for passing a bad check in the amount of $42.61, as charged by Deputy Sheriff Tornes on 16 Aug 03.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Rodney Dale Barnes, age 33, 209 Poplar Street, Marietta, for driving under suspension and speeding, both misdemeanors. Barnes was arrested on Seventh Street in Marietta by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Feb 04 at 2:00 am.

Joseph Alton Brayboy, age 26, 5432 Chimney Rock, Westerville, OH, for drug possession, a felony. Brayboy was arrested on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Feb 04 at 3:20 am.

Mark Edward Rader, age 21, 9544 State Route 550, Vincent, for contempt of a court order, a felony. Rader was arrested in Common Pleas Court by Captain Brum of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Feb 04 at 9:40 am.

Ronald Clifford Cremeans, age 53, 17 Hickory Drive, Little Hocking, for nonsupport of dependants and reckless operation, both misdemeanors. Cremeans was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Jenkins of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Feb 04 at 11:40 am.

Rickey Elden Anderson, age 46, 1007 Orchard Street Apt. 7, Marietta, for a violation of his probation, a misdemeanor. Anderson was arrested at the Marietta Probation Office by Probation Officer Hamilton and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Feb 04 at 4:25 pm.

David James Ramsey, Jr., age 40, 112 Hillsboro Trailer Park, Marietta, for theft and contempt of a court order and theft, both misdemeanors. Ramsey was picked up in West Virginia by Deputy Sheriff Underwood of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Feb 04 at 4:55 pm.

Amy Renee Massey, age 22, unknown address, Marietta, for criminal trespassing, a misdemeanor. Massey was arrested at Colonial Terrace by Deputy Sheriff Huck of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Feb 04 at 9:34 pm.
