the Sheriff’s
Office received the following warrants:
Michael L. Watkins II, 3227 School House Road,
Little Hocking, for passing bad checks, a violation of Section
2913.11 of the Ohio Revised Code, as charged by Deputy Tornes.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Letha Diane Cross, age 45, Route 1 116 ½
Society, Mineral Wells, WV, for OVI and driving outside the
marked lanes of travel, both misdemeanors. Cross was arrested
on State Route 7 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 6 Feb 04 at 1:40 am.
Michael Richard Sobieski, age 22, 34960 Hensley
Road, Long Bottom, OH, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor.
Sobieski was arrested on Florence Street by Patrolman Davis
of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 6 Feb 04 at 1:15 pm.
Carlos Roberto Munoz Jr., age 30, 612 Ninth Street, Marietta,
for violation of a protection order, domestic violence, failure
to appear and contempt of a court order, all misdemeanors.
Munoz was picked up at the North Central Regional Jail in Charleston
by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien of the Washington County Sheriff’s
Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 6 Feb
04 at 1:25 pm.
John Wayne Luke, age 42, 317 Gilman Street Apt. A, Marietta,
for violation of a protection order, a misdemeanor.
Luke was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Linscott of the
Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington
County
Jail on 6 Feb 04 at 5:25 pm.
Kyle Andrew Morris, age 22, 2005 Pleasant Ridge Road, Marietta,
for a violation of his probation, a misdemeanor.
Morris
was arrested at the Marietta Probation Office by Probation
Officer Hamilton and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 6
Feb 04 at 5:30 pm.
Dorothy Mae Smith, age 35, 227 Seventh Street, Marietta, for
criminal trespassing and resisting arrest, both misdemeanors.
Smith was arrested at the Four Seasons in Marietta by Patrolman
Blasko of the Marietta City Police Department and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 6 Feb 04 at 11:20 pm.
