On 25 Jan 04 Cora Pottmeyer, age 48, 337 Wells
Road, Waterford, came to the Sheriff’s Office to report
while at their home on 24 Jan, her live-in boyfriend Garin Farmer,
age 37, became enraged during an argument, punched her and dragged
her around by her hair.
Sgt. Hiatt and Deputy Sheriff McLeish made contact with Mr.
Farmer during a traffic stop in Lowell and arrested him for
felony domestic violence, for having previously been convicted
of domestic violence, and transported him to the Washington
County Jail where he is being held without bail pending his
initial court appearance.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Justin Bryce Davis, age 21, 500 Arnold Street,
Lowell, for a probation violation, a felony.
Davis was arrested on State Route 550 by Deputy Sheriff Malone
of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 25 Jan 04 at 1:05 am.
Timothy Gale McMaster, age 35, 131 Groves Avenue, Marietta,
for felonious assault and having weapons under disability, a
felony. McMaster was arrested on State Route 550 by Deputy Sheriff
Mankins of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Jan 04 at 1:50
am.
James Allen Ash, age 45, 70 Green Street, Newport, for theft,
a misdemeanor. Ash was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff
Simmons of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Jan 04 at 10:05
am.
Garin Matthew Farmer, age 37, 337 Wells Road, Waterford, for
domestic violence, a misdemeanor.
Farmer was in Lowell by Deputy Sheriff McLeish of the Washington
County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 25 Jan 04 at 2:15 pm.
