Glen R. Hardie Sr., age 35, 761 Buckeye Avenue, Marietta, for contempt for failing to appear on an order to show cause on 5 Jan 04.

Carlos R. Munoz, age 30, 612 Ninth Street, Marietta, for violation of a temporary protection order on 11 Aug 03.
