Jennifer Burchfield, age 26, 3335 Sandhurst Drive, Zanesville, for Failure to Appear at a hearing on unpaid fines in the amount of $363.70.

Carlos R. Munoz, age 30, 612 Ninth Street, Marietta, for Domestic Violence.

Jesse P. Newbanks, age 19, 223 Maple Street, Belpre, for Criminal Mischief.

Tammy L. Whipkey, age 31, Route 8 Cedarbark Village, Marietta for Contempt for Failure to appear, indictment pending for 3 counts of receiving stolen property and illegal use of food stamps.

Charlotte Williams, age 60, 704 Elm Street, Belpre, for Vicious Dog at Large.

Raymond E. Campbell, age 20, 502 Barclay Street, Apartment L, Belpre, for Failure to Appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the amount of $141.00.

Joseph R. Colley, age 27, 112461 Baldwin Place, Jackson, OH for Failure to Appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the amount of $242.00.

Robert E. Ditrich, age 47, 335 Lloyd, Akron, OH, for Wildlife Violations, for unlawfully hunting deer during deer season with a shotgun capable of holding more than three shells or slugs.

Harold G. Gibson, age 41, 1125 Avery Street, Parkersburg, WV, for Failure to Appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the amount of $429.00.

Chad Greenleaf, age 32, 1505 Beaver Street, Parkersburg, WV, for Failure to Appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the amount of $108.00.

Donald L. Ludolph, age 27, 50 Charles Street, Newport, for Criminal Damaging/Endangering and Criminal Trespassing.

Richard L. McElfresh, age 25, 606 Elm Street, Belpre, for Failure to Appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the amount of $85.00.

Gene A. Perine, age 40, 400 Alderman Street, Marietta, for Failure to Appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the amount of $378.00.

Calvin W. Riggs, age 19, Post Office Box 341, Sandyville, WV, for Failure to Appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the amount of $173.10.

Michael A. Sanor, age 23, 4880 Westville Lake, Beloit, OH, for Wildlife Violations for unlawfully casting rays of an artificial light from a motor vehicle into a field for the purpose of locating a wild animal.

Adam J. Trus, age 26, 36 Powell Road, Cutler, OH, for Wildlife Violations for unlawfully possessing, while hunting, a shotgun capable of holding more than 3 shells or slugs.

Perry Jeter, II, age 34, 1232 42 nd Street, Parkersburg, WV, for Failure to Appear for a bond hearing and arraignment for indictment for passing bad checks.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Jennifer Leigh Burchfield, age 26, 1257 Browns Road, Marietta, OH, for Failure to Appear on Fines, a misdemeanor. Burchfield was arrested at her residence by Deputy Sheriff Sears of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the County Jail on 02 Jan 04 at 9:00 am.

Tammy Lynn Whipkey, age 31, 60 AE Miller Road, Lowell, OH, for Contempt of a Court Order out of Common Pleas Court, a felony. Whipkey was arrested at her residence by Deputy Sheriff Sears of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, and processed into the County Jail on 02 Jan 04 at 10:30 am.

Mark Alan Robinson, age 43, 435 Francis Road, Lowell, OH, for Obstructing Official Business, a misdemeanor. Robinson was arrested on Muskingum Township Road 32 by Trooper Robinson of the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the County Jail on 02 Jan 04 at 11:25 am.

Jessen Patrick Newbanks, age 19, 223 Maple Street, Belpre, OH, for Criminal Mischief, a misdemeanor. Newbanks was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Sears of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the County Jail on 02 Jan 04 at 12:25 pm.

Kevin Allen Carpenter, age 31, 931 Fifth Street, Marietta, OH, for Driving under FRA Suspension, Hit Skip, and Failure to Control, all misdemeanor charges. Carpenter was arrested at Black’s Tree Service by Trooper Robinson of the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the County Jail on 02 Jan 04 at 1:15 pm.

William Walter Vernon Summers, age 47, 906 Fourth Street, Marietta, OH, for Operating a Motor Vehicle while under the Influence, Driving under Court Suspension, Failure to Control, and Criminal Damaging, all misdemeanor charges. Summers was arrested on Marion Street by Patrolman Nedeff of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the County Jail on 02 Jan 04 at 10:00 pm.

Dallas Wiley Farnsworth, age 30, 845 County House Lane, Marietta, OH, for Domestic Violence, a felony, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Farnsworth was arrested at the County Home by Deputy Sheriff Canavan of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the County Jail on 02 Jan 04 at 10:45 pm.

David William Long III, age 26, 165 Sunset Lane, Waterford, for OVI, a misdemeanor. Long was arrested at Marietta Memorial Hospital by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the County Jail on 02 Jan 04 at 5:35 am.
