On 25 Dec 03 Deputy Sheriff Willson responded to a report that a 12 year old New Matamoras boy left home without permission. Deputy Willson later located the juvenile and took him into custody for being unruly.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Michael Lee Templeton, age 31, Route 2 Box 314 Belpre OH, for Failure to Appear on Fines. Templeton was arrested on Braun Road by Patrolman Morris of the Belpre Police Department. Templeton was processed into the County Jail on 25 Dec 03 at 1:00 AM.

Rebecca Ann Wolfe, age 24, Route 2 Box 314 Belpre OH, for Failure to Appear on Fines. Wolfe was arrested on Braun Road by Patrolman Morris of the Belpre Police Department. Wolfe was processed into the County Jail on 25 Dec 03 at 2:46 AM.
