On 24 Dec 03 Deputy Sheriff Brown responded to
a domestic violence complaint at a residence in Whipple.
Upon arrival Deputy Brown ascertained that during an argument
over a phone call a 15 year old girl repeatedly slapped her
mother, dislodging her glasses to the ground.
This case remains under investigation (1291).
On 24 Dec 03 Carl E. Magers, age 63, 570 Silver Globe Road,
Marietta, reported a neighbor’s cows have been grazing
in his yard and leaving deep hoof prints, making it difficult
to traverse.
This case remains under investigation (698) (200).
On 24 Dec 03 William D. Cochran, age 56, 1610 Ash Road, Marietta,
reported being accosted by two individuals after they pulled
into his driveway. An argument ensued and one of the individuals
brandished what appeared to be a gun.
This case remains under investigation (698) (200).
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Justin A. Tucker, age 21, State Route 676, Marietta,
for failure to appear at a hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor.
Nutter was arrested at Buckeye Park in Marietta by Patrolman
Huffman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 24 Dec 03 at 12:30 am.
Leopold Patrick Guidry II, age 23, 18189 State
Route 339, Waterford OH, for Murder. Guidry was arrested at
Children Services by Detective Warden of the Washington County
Sheriff’s Office. Guidry was processed into the Washington
County Jail on 24 Dec 03 at 1:00 PM.
David Mitchell Dulaney, age 21, 249 Fifth Street, Steubenville
OH, for No Operator’s License and Speed, both Misdemeanor
charges. Dulaney was arrested on Interstate 77 by Trooper Roe
of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
Dulaney was processed into the Washington County Jail on 24
Dec 03 at 2:40 PM.
Frank Zapien Reyes, age 35, 1318 Apple Street, Immokalee FL,
for No Operator’s License and Speed, both misdemeanor
charges. Reyes was arrested on Interstate 77 by Trooper Courson
of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
Reyes was processed into the County Jail on 24 Dec 03 at 6:00
PM.
