On 21 Dec 03 Marybeth Sutter, age 21, 1569 Browns Run Road, Marietta, reported an acquaintance punched her in the forehead, pushed her down the stairs and out the door. Ms. Sutter refused to press charges regarding this incident which occurred on 21 Nov 03 at a residence on Veto Lake Road (1203).

The Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Brent A. Carpenter, age 27, 204 Franklin Street, Marietta, for contempt failure to at a court hearing for failure to pay marital debts.
