On 18 Dec 03 an employee of the Beverly Food Mart, 415 Fifth Street, Beverly, reported an unknown suspect in his late twenties or early thirties left the store without paying for six rolls of Copenhagen smokeless tobacco. This case remains under investigation (945).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Dennis M. Fiscus, age 61, PO Box 464, Slippery Rock, PA, for felony charges of theft and receiving stolen property. Fiscus was picked up in Madison, GA by Deputy Underwood of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 18 Dec 03 at 5:00 pm.

Jason S. Gallagher, age 28, 2038 Dauphine Avenue, New Orleans, LA, for a felony charge of a probation violation and a misdemeanor charge of contempt for failing to pay fines. Gallagher was arrested in New Orleans by Deputy Underwood of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 18 Dec 03 at 5:21 pm.
