the Washington County Sheriff’s Office received the following indictments:

James Ray Ball, age 32, Post Office Box 1251, Beckley WV, for failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, a felony. Ball was charged by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Tristan Lee Cumberledge, age 19, address unknown, for breaking and entering and the unauthorized use of property; a computer, cable or telecommunication property or services, both felonies. Cumberledge was charged by the Marietta City Police Department.

David Michael Hill, age 24, last known address of 21446 State Route 550, Amesville, OH, for burglary and theft, both felonies. Hill was charged by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.

the Washington County Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Alan D. Mills, age 40, 127 Pine Drive, Little Hocking, OH, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Mills was charged by Deputy Sheriff Jobes of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.

Isaac W. Ayers, age 29, Post Office Box 4, Whipple, OH, for passing bad checks, a misdemeanor. Ayers was charged by Deputy Sheriff Tornes of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Richard D. Bailey, age 47, Route 8 Box 293A, Marietta, for misdemeanor charges of breach of recognizance, disorderly conduct for fighting and disorderly conduct by intoxication. Bailey was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Dec 03 at 3:10 am.

Alan D. Mills, age 40, 127 Pine Drive, Little Hocking, for a misdemeanor charge of domestic violence. Mills was arrested at his residence by Deputy Stackpole of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Dec 03 at 6:45 pm.
