On 15 Dec 03 Linda M. Greathouse, age 35, 405
Reeds Road, Marietta, reported the theft of ten 500 mg Lortab
tablets from her desk at ITC, 27851 State Route 7. Witnesses
state when Ms. Greathouse left her desk unattended, another
ITC employee opened the bottle of pills and took a handful,
leaving two in the bottle. Based on this evidence Deputy Sheriff
Willson arrested Audra A. Stout, age 20, 1250 North State Route
2 Apt. 18, New Martinsville, WV, for felony theft, a violation
of section 2913.02(A-1) of the Ohio Revised code. Ms. Stout
was then transported to the Washington County Jail.
On 15 Dec 03 Joy Grimes, age 68, 612 Third Street, New Matamoras,
reported an acquaintance failed to return a Remington 870 shotgun
he borrowed for hunting season three years ago.
This case remains under investigation (1071).
On 15 Dec 03 a representative of the Lowell Moose
Lodge, 11561 State Route 60, Lowell, reported receiving a bad
check in the amount of $50 on 2 Oct 03. This case remains under
investigation (8411).
On 15 Dec 03 the Washington
County Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:
Fred C. Miller, age 43, 4746 Federal Road, Coolville,
OH, for disorderly conduct for fighting.
Miller was charged by Deputy Sheriff John Underwood of the
Washington County Sheriff’s Office.
Adam C. Bennett, age 25, 290 Hamrick Lane Belpre, OH, for contempt
of a court order for failing to appear for a debtor’s
exam on November 21, 2003.
Adam D. Mason, age 19, 818 ½ Lee Street, Belpre, OH,
for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing
on unpaid fines in the sum of $1,167.50. Mason was previously
charged with violation of a protection order by Patrolman Sams
of the Belpre City Police Department.
Barbarann Smith, age 26, 39 Indiana Street, Wheeling, WV, for
contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on
unpaid fines in the sum of $120.00. Smith was previously charged
with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta
City Police Department.
Mark C. Reynolds, age 31, 207 10 th Street, Lorain OH, for
a probation violation for failing to keep in contact with his
probation officer and for failing to make regular scheduled
fine payments as ordered by the Marietta Municipal Court.
Reynolds was previously charged with possession of drug paraphernalia
by Trooper Seabolt of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
Linda M. Reynolds, age 31, 207 West 10 th Street, Lorain OH,
for a probation violation for failing to stay in contact with
her probation officer and for failing to make regular scheduled
fine payments as ordered by the Marietta Municipal Court.
Reynolds was previously charged with possession of drug paraphernalia
by Trooper Seabolt of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
Sharon Cooper, age 38, Route 1 Box 139, Belpre, OH, for contempt
of a court order for failing to appear at a debtor’s exam
on November 21, 2003.
Jarrod M. Bauerbach, age 24, 250 County House Lane, Marietta,
OH, for domestic violence. Bauerbach was charged by Deputy Sheriff
Eddy of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.
Obeda Freeland, age 33, 604 Elm Street Marietta, OH, for a dog
violation for failing to require the dog to wear a valid dog
tag. Freeland was charged by Dog Warden Strahler of the Washington
County Dog Warden.
The following
individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail
between Monday 15 Dec 03 and Tuesday 16 Dec 03:
Kenneth S. Reyes, age 20, PO Box 271, Waterford, for a felony
charge of a violation of his probation.
Reyes was arrested by probation officer Gilchrist at the
Adult Probation Office and processed into the Washington
County
Jail on 15 Dec 03 at 9:45 am.
Brent M. Radabaugh, age 26, 114 Oakview Drive #7, Marietta,
for a felony charge of a violation of his probation.
Radabaugh was arrested by probation officer Gilchrist at
the Adult Probation Office and processed into the Washington
County
Jail on 15 Dec 03 at 10:25 am.
Audra A. Stout, age 20, 1250 North State Route 2 Apt 18,
New Martinsville, WV, for a felony charge of theft of drugs.
Stout was arrested at ITC by Deputy Willson of the Washington
County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 15 Dec 03 at 5:18 pm.
