On 29 Nov 03 Juanita C. Hayden, age 70, Lot
9 Pennock Trailer Court, Beverly, reported that 40 checks were
stolen from a dresser in her home between 26 Nov and 28 Nov.
This case remains under investigation (945).
On 29 Nov 03 a Washington County resident
reported that she has been receiving harassing phone calls
since 15 Nov
03.
This case remains under investigation (296).
On 29 Nov 03 the mother of a 15 year old Marietta
girl reported her daughter left their residence during the night
without permission. The teen was found at her 15 year old boyfriend’s
house where she is forbidden to visit.
Repeated requests for her daughter to leave went unheeded therefore
the mother contacted the Sheriff’s Office for assistance.
After further investigation Deputy Sheriff Eddy filed affidavits
requesting summonses for the girl for being unruly and for the
boy for contributing to the unruliness of a juvenile.
On 29 Nov 03 Deputy Sheriff Brockmeier investigated
a multi-vehicle accident in the parking lot of Waterford Elementary
School, State Route 339, Waterford. Frederick J. Heiss, age
71, Rural Route 1 County Road 60, Lowell, was attempting to
park his 1992 Mercury Grand Marquis when his front right headlight
struck the rear left bumper of a 1997 Dodge Ram owned by Benjamin
D. Cunningham, Route 2 Box 356, Waterford. Mr. Heiss then backed
into the front right fender of a 1982 Ford Ranger owned by William
R. Lee, 682 Derby Road, Waterford. Damage reported is light
and there were no injuries.

Eloise Kay Farnsworth, age 35, 817 Masonic
Park Road Lot 15, Marietta, OH for Passing Bad Checks, a misdemeanor.
Farnsworth was arrested on State Route 821 by Trooper Keener
of the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the County
Jail on 29 Nov 03 at 4:40 AM.
Terley Lewis Clagg Jr., age 41, 602 Jameson Street
Parkersburg, WV, for Aggravated Arson, 2 counts of Breaking
& Entering, all felonies. Clagg was arrested by Detective
Wright of the Marietta City Police Department and processed
into the County Jail on 29 Nov 03 at 10:00 AM.
Stephen Michael Lemon, age 39, 602 Jameson Street
Parkersburg, WV, for 2 counts of Breaking & Entering, both
felonies.

Police Department and processed into the County Jail on 29

03 at 10:00 AM.
