On 15 Nov 03 Leslie A. Hoke, age 28, 65 Lowell
Loop Road, Lowell, reported to the Sheriff’s Office that
between 8:30 pm on 14 Nov and 9:30 am on 15 Nov an unknown person(s)
took her eight month old red and white pit bull from her dog
kennel at 200 Lowell Loop Road, Lowell. This case remains under
investigation (1184).
On 15 Nov 03 Joyce Radabaugh, age 51, 50 Second Street, Vincent,
reported to the Sheriff’s Office that on 15 Nov her godson
took her 1992 Dodge Sundance and drove it without permission.
This case remains under investigation (1090).
On 15 Nov 03 while on patrol on State Route 550 at Township
Road 279 Sheriff’s Deputy Kapple stopped a silver Mazda
after he observed the vehicle driving off the right side of
the road several times. A routine check of the driver, Laura
Ledger, age 36, PO Box 28, Barlow, found that Ms. Ledger was
driving under FRA suspension. Ms. Ledger was issued a citation
for driving under suspension.
On 15 Nov 03 Sheriff’s Deputy Eddy was dispatched to State
Route 676, near the Warren Township Fire Department, to the
scene of a deer-vehicle crash. A 1994 Ford F-150 driven by Melanie
Sanford, age 36, 485 Rummer Road, Marietta, was westbound on
State Route 676 when a deer jumped out in front of her. Damage
to Ms. Sanford’s truck was minimal and she was uninjured.
After being momentarily stunned at the loss of some fur the
deer continued on.

James David Ramsey Jr., age 40, 300 Starlite
Drive, Lot 23, Marietta, OH, for Domestic Violence. Ramsey was
arrested by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and
processed into the County Jail on November 15, 2003 at 10:50
AM (1091).
Raymond Carl Freeman, age 45, 39484 Township 5, Caldwell, OH,
for Probation Violation out of Marietta Municipal Court. Freeman
was arrested by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office
and processed into the County Jail on November 15, 2003 at 11:45
AM (1091).
Richard Paul Bohl, age 36, 6585 State Route 676, Stockport,
OH, for Failure to Appear. Bohl was arrested by the Washington
County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the County
Jail on November 15, 2003 at 2:40 PM (1091).
Amy Dawn Hill, age 26, 4630 Hanson Hill Road, Stockport, OH,
for Falsification. Hill was arrested by the Washington County
Sheriff’s Office and processed into the County Jail on
November 15, 2003 at 4:45 PM (945).
