On 12 Nov 03 Sherida Atkinson, age 50, 1210 Burnett Road, Cutler, reported to the Sheriff’s Office that she found a pouch containing drugs and drug paraphernalia in her home. The pouch was allegedly left behind by a friend of Mrs. Atkinson. This incident remains under investigation (698).

On 12 Nov 03 Ronald D. Miller, age 47, 550 Jennings Hill Road, Marietta, reported to the Sheriff’s Office that when he entered his home around 12:30 pm an unidentified man was in his home. This incident remains under investigation (897).

The Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Keith A. Nibert, Rt 2, Box 259D, Waterford, OH, age 41, for contempt of court for failing to appear on an unpaid fines hearing in the amount of $348.00. Nibert was originally charged with theft by the Sheriff’s Office.

Larry J. Freeland, 300 Mulberry Avenue, Pomeroy, OH, age 31, for contempt of court for failure to appear on unpaid fines in the amount of $721. Freeland was originally charged with No O/L by the Sheriff’s Office.

Kevin D. Griffith, 111 Braun Avenue, St. Albans, WV, age 35, for contempt of court for failure to appear on unpaid fines in the amount of $231. Griffith was originally charged with No O/L by the Ohio State Patrol.

Ronald G. West, 123 Maple St., Belpre, OH, age 28, for contempt of court for failure to appear on unpaid fines in the amount of $183.00. West was originally charged with speeding by the Ohio State Patrol.

Tom G. Lutz, 1230 Niagara Avenue, Akron, OH, age 28, for contempt of court for failure to appear on unpaid fines in the amount of $428.00. Lutz was originally charged with possession of drug paraphernalia by the Ohio State Patrol.

Ronny Ray, 848 Croyden, Rochester Hills, MI, age 24, for contempt of court for failure to appear on unpaid fines in the amount of $383.00. Ray was originally charged with No O/L.

Jerry L. Samuels, 1489 S. Hawkins Street, Akron, OH, age 47, for contempt of court for failure to appear on unpaid fines in the amount of $153.00. Samuels was originally charged with no o/l by the Marietta Police Department.

Jonathan Menzie, 3601 Beluah Rd., Columbus, OH, age 27, for contempt of court for failure to appear on unpaid fines in the amount of $63.00. Menzie was originally charged with speeding by the Ohio State Patrol.

Richard P. Bohl, Rt 3, Stockport, OH, age 36, for failure to serve thirteen days at the County Jail. Bohl was originally charged with criminal mischief by the Sheriff’s Office.

Sterling H. Roberts, 3295 Penewit Road, Spring Valley, OH, age 20, for failure to appear to serve ten days jail. Roberts was originally charged with assault.

James D. Ramsey, 300 Starlite Drive, Marietta, OH, age 40, for domestic violence by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Timothy Shawn Blow, age 29, 1750 Brackenridge Road, Vincent, for failure to appear (fines), a misdemeanor. Blow was arrested by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Nov 03 at 1:24 pm (174).

David Allen Sayres, age 38, 206 ½ Sheldon Avenue, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Sayres was arrested by the Marietta Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Nov 03 at 10:50 pm.

Thomas Ira Valentine, age 21, 106 Riley Drive, Marietta, for domestic violence and assault, both misdemeanors. Valentine was arrested by the Marietta Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Nov 03 at 4:45 am.

Danny Ward, age 52, 105 Gilman Street Lot 12, Marietta, for two counts of probation violation, both misdemeanors. Ward was arrested by the Marietta Parole Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Nov 03 at 8:40 am.

Keith Edward Davis, age 50, 1703 Spring Street, Parkersburg, WV, for parole violation, a misdemeanor. Davis was arrested by the Adult Parole Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Nov 03 at 9:40 am.
