On 6 Nov 03 Sheriff’s Deputy Malone was dispatched to 300 Starlite Drive, Marietta, regarding a domestic disturbance. Brenda Deaton, age 44, advised Deputy Malone that her live in boyfriend James Ramsey, age 40, kicked her in the hip twice. Unable to locate Mr. Ramsey, an affidavit was filed requesting a warrant for domestic violence and violation of a protection order.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Taylor, Matthew Daniel, age 36, 702 Franklin Avenue, Belpre, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Taylor was arrested by the Belpre Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 6 Nov 03 at 1:55 am.

Starling, Robert Matthew, age 31, 811 Quarry Street, Marietta, for OMVI, reckless operation and possession of drugs, all misdemeanors. Starling was arrested by the Marietta Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 6 Nov 03 at 4:20 am.
