On 5 Nov 03 Shane Pugh, age 46, 105 Buell Circle, Marietta, reported to the Sheriff’s Office that between noon on 4 Nov and 2:30 pm on 5 Nov a suspect(s) broke one pane of a double pane window on the door to Doak’s Farm Market on State Route 7 in Marietta. This incident remains under investigation (1291).

On 5 Nov 03 a Marietta woman reported to the Sheriff’s Office that an unknown female left a threatening voicemail on her cellular phone. This incident remains under investigation (598).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Adams, Mark Steven, age 41, 100 Gilman Street Lot 3, Marietta, for failure to file income tax, a misdemeanor. Adams was arrested by the Marietta Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Nov 03 at 3 pm.

Harris, Justin Allen, age 21, Second Street, Marietta, for violation of a protection order, a misdemeanor. Harris was arrested by the Marietta Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Nov 03 at 8 pm.
